• Citadele smart: enables free transfers and cash withdrawals from ATMs worldwide
• Citadele supreme: offers everyday benefits along with insurance for your purchases and travels
• Citadele prime: provides all standard benefits, in addition to extensive insurance coverage for you and your family

Within the mobile app, you can:

• Authorize and approve payments using biometrics
• Make payments of up to EUR 10,000
• Block and unblock cards and alter their PIN codes
• Utilize various other features of the app – give it a try!

The app is accessible for Citadele Bank customers in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Latvian customers who have activated the MobileSCAN authorization device and/or Quick balance on their mobile application should immediately call (+371) 67010000 in the event of loss or theft of their mobile device to block these functions.
