Within the mobile app, you can:

• Authorize and approve payments using biometrics
• Make payments of up to EUR 10,000
• Block and unblock cards and alter their PIN codes

The app is accessible for Citadele Bank customers in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Latvian customers who have activated the MobileSCAN authorization device and/or Quick balance on their mobile application should immediately call (+371) 67010000 in the event of loss or theft of their mobile device to block these functions.
